After we meet, I go location-scouting for places that serve as the perfect setting that fits your session and the vibe you are going for. I will then come up with a plan on where to go for your session, and help you determine the order of your outfits. (Sometimes we find wander during your session and end up at really cool locations that weren’t planned, but usually end up being the best!)
I love bringing along my Bluetooth speaker, so I can humor you with all my terrible dance moves while we jam out to all of your favorite music. My goal is to always ensure you feel confident and have fun during your session. Yes, the first five minutes may be awkward, because that’s how every session goes! After that, you will be having a blast!

I will keep in touch with you if it is looking like the weather won't be ideal. Usually we reschedule, but it depends from situation to situation.

If you have ideas I'd love to hear them, but if you have no clue, that is perfectly fine! I know of tons of great locations and usually try to give each senior a new and fun location, so not all sessions look alike.

You gallery comes with a print shop connected directly to it for easy print ordering. These prints are from professional labs, so they are high quality and will last! Another huge perk is that the photos will print the way they are edited. I beg you, please don’t go print your photos at Walgreens, Walmart, etc. They will highly change the way the photos were edited to look and the quality is very low. Shutterfly, is alright for cheaper and okay prints. If you are wanting high quality prints to put on your wall or display at your graduation party, I recommend using the print shop included.

Okay, some of ya'll seniors are crazy good at hair and makeup, but if you are like me and struggle with it, I highly recommend getting your hair and makeup (especially makeup) done professionally. Professionals know what colors work best and how to bring out your eyes in photos, they are serious magicians!

Bring at least one dressy or semi causal outfit for your school yearbook headshot.
The other outfits, have fun with! Show off your personality and go all out! We will chat about outfits during your meeting and here are a couple Instagram pages I recommend for tons of great outfit ideas!

Unfortunately, if you are late that time will be deducted from your session time. Always try and plan on being 5-10 minutes early to your session. You might even get a few extras photos that way.😉

Oh my gosh! I loved working with KMP for my teen's senior photos. My child didn't want to do senior photos because she felt so many looked the same, but Kendra was able to capture my teen's creative side. I was surprised my introverted daughter felt comfortable during the shoot and we both had so much fun.
